Purpose of the Job

To carry out data inputting and administration tasks to the highest quality to ensure that all records are ESF and ESFA audit and contract compliant.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • To collate and check all learner forms and make up concise learner files.
  • To carry out precise data entry onto all existing and new data systems
  • A knowledge of PICS would be an advantage
  • To maintain Excel Spreadsheets
  • To liaise with advisers and external partners by telephone and email.
  • To chase missing paperwork and trouble shoot to ensure ESF & ESFA audit compliance.
  • To accurately file all learner paperwork in a timely manner.
  • To answer telephone enquires relating to the ESF & ESFA projects
  • To work as part of the team in ensuring that all systems and processes are adhered to.
  • To support Project co-ordinator, as required.

In addition, the post holder may be asked to carry out other reasonable duties, appropriate to their experience, qualifications and level.

Business administration, customer service or  IT experience

A good working knowledge of Excel, Access and IT – Intermediate level experience

Good customer service skills and able to deal with telephone queries, enquiries and complaints

General knowledge about types of training provider –  colleges, higher education, independent, etc.

Experience

   

Proven and successful record of working in a busy administration office
