The Redundancy and Outplacement Support Service can offer you and/or your staff Skills Support which includes advice, guidance and re-training opportunities to help prepare for a new job, a new career or business start-up after redundancy.

Our redundancy outplacement service provides:

  • One-to-one advice and guidance where we will discuss options with you

During the confidential one-to-one session you will receive career guidance and formulate a career and job search action plan. The session can be scheduled at your place of work or off-site

  • Employability skills training including CV writing, interview techniques or job search training
