After gaining experience across digital PR and content marketing, Michael decided to focus his career on search engine optimisation (SEO), where he managed projects for some of the UK’s largest ecommerce retailers in an agency environment. He later went in-house for the UK’s fastest-growing travel agency, helping maximise growth across SEO and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). His passion for all things digital saw him embark upon his own journey in 2019 when he founded his own digital marketing agency.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions the majority of our learners will be working with their Team Leader and/or Tutor remotely. All expectations of learners will be made clear by a TCHC member of staff upon invitation and at the beginning of each session. Delivery arrangements will be made clear (such as timetabling) virtual learning environment update and assessment arrangements.
Learners should contact their Team Leader or Tutor if they need support with device connectivity to access their learning.
All learners will be sent a link to their session prior from their tutor. They will also receive a reminder link on the day of the session. This link will include instructions and offer guidance if you are experiencing connectivity issues.

Our Centres will be open for learners to attend face to face sessions where possible if our Centre is the most suitable environment for the learner. We would like to reassure you that we have taken every reasonable measure to ensure our Centres are COVID secure.

I have run a number of IT courses for HMRC offices in Northampton, Peterborough and Luton over the past few months and had some more scheduled in the diary. Then everything changed with the Covid-19 virus doing its worst and effectively shutting down working life as we know it. So, for the next scheduled course, Spreadsheet Software Level 3, at the Northampton office it was no longer to be the nice relaxing little drive up, through the countryside from my house to their office on the edge of town. We had to think of a way of running the course remotely.
