Eighteen months ago, Jasmine had to flee from an abusive relationship for her own safety and that of her four children. She had to create a new life for her family in Bedford, a place where she knew no-one and felt the shockwaves of her turbulent past every day.

She turned to the Enterprising People programme, funded by the European Social Fund and the National Lottery, through the Big Lottery Fund, for support. Thanks to this funding, Northampton’s Building Business Consultancy Ltd, a partner in the project, was able to offer Annette free advice on setting up her own cleaning business.

After a recent inspection by Ofsted, TCHC have been rated Good (Grade 2). This comes after lots of hard work and dedication by the staff and management to constantly improve the quality of our provision.

The Consultancy Home Counties (TCHC) invites tenders for the provision of the evaluation of three Building Better Opportunities (BBO) projects from applicants that can deliver an end-to-end service and have existing infrastructure to deliver in the specified Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) areas.

TCHC wishes to appoint an independent evaluation partner(s) with a real commitment to work with us to test, monitor and evaluate our approach to the project and the results/outcomes it will deliver.

The projects are Community Connections North, Opportunity Suffolk and Enterprising People. For information on the projects, please click here.

If you are interested in the opportunity the tender information can be found on our Current Opportunities page.

Deadline for applications is 5pm Monday 26th February 2018
