Next Steps is an 8 week programme which includes skills analysis, advice and guidance, job search support, use of technology & online resources.

How can we help?

We can help give you tools, experience and guidance to move into employment or further education. Next Steps will provide you with the skills employers need, as well as giving youreal work experience to help you stand out from the crowd in the job market.

What does my Course Include

Over 16 days, you will receive intensive support to get you prepared for the world of work. We will cover everything from writing the perfect CV to nailing interviews.

Are you interested in this course?

We will provide advice, guidance and training on your next steps, from careers to training options. The programme will also help you develop useful life skills, such as money management and team building. This will be delivered online and face to face to suit your needs.

Are you interested in this course?

We will provide Step Into Programmes for you to choose from including: retail, care, catering, warehousing, logistics, engineering, construction, digital, farming and agriculture.
We will introduce you to employers so you can get the inside line on what they’re looking for, as well as opportunities to complete a Kickstart and Apprenticeship.
