MK Careers Sparks supports young people not in employment, education or training (NEET) to spark life back into their career prospects.

Dedicated to helping young people aged 16-24 who live in and around Milton Keynes, it is a flexible, tailored programme to help them develop new skills and confidence, find work, an Apprenticeship or college course. Whatever they need to succeed and achieve their goals.

Whether they need confidence, skills, work experience or qualifications, the MK Career Sparks’ team is here to help.

The MK Career Sparks team is a partnership of dedicated specialist organisations consisting of MK College, MK Dons Set, MK Council, MK Christian Foundation, Sofea UK and TCHC.
