Skills Support for Redundancy can help you and your colleagues to prepare for a new job, a new career or business start-up after redundancy.
We can offer individual career planning and analyse your current skills base. You will get independent advice and guidance, which will help you to formulate your next steps.
We can offer a range of skills training and we may be able to access funding for this. The training can cover a range of areas such as self-employment, job search and interview techniques, vocational courses, or the skills you need to change career.
