If so, we understand that this may be a difficult time for you, but our Redundancy and Outplacement Support Service can help you turn misfortune into opportunity.
The Redundancy and Outplacement Support Service can offer you and/or your staff skills support which includes advice, guidance and re-training opportunities to help prepare for a new job, a new career or business start-up after redundancy.
To participate you must be aged 18 or over, live or work in Birmingham or Solihull area (including Bromsgrove, Redditch, and Wyre Forest), Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Huntingdonshire, Fenland, West Norfolk, Northamptonshire or South East Midlands LEP area. Be at risk of redundancy or have been made redundant in the last 3 months from your start date on the programme and be eligible for ESF funding under normal rules.
