TCHC Group has responded to the advice from the Government and we are fully embracing social distancing to minimise risks to our employees. After putting stringent safety measures in place we’re pleased to announce that our offices have re-opened and we’re actively working to open our training centres soon. Where access to our offices or centres is unavailable, we’d like to advise our customers, clients and partners that we can offer a very extensive range of remote and distance learning options. Claire Jeens - Head of Curriculum, Quality and Safeguarding

Claire joined TCHC in 2017 and soon became Head of Curriculum, Quality & Safeguarding for the Group. Claire’s passionate about Teaching & Learning and has worked in the sector since 2011.

Claire’s experienced in delivering and leading quality assurance in Apprenticeships, Study Programmes and Short Courses. The best thing about her job is she gets to watch people develop and grow their knowledge, skills and behaviours – learners and colleagues alike.

She started her career in hospitality as a Chef and fell into training because she enjoyed teaching new Chefs how to cook.

 

Gita Naik - Head of Finance

Gita Naik

Gita is the newest member of our Senior Management Team, joining in February 2020 as Head of Finance. Her role is integral to the delivery of strategy and continued successful growth of TCHC. She will be implementing robust financial controls, budgeting, forecasting and analysis as well as encouraging commercial activity and managing risk.

Gita started her career as a Research Scientist but due to her love of numbers she decided to pursue a career in Finance. She started work for a national commercial business and has since gained over fifteen years’ experience. She has been involved as a finance manager and other senior finance roles for organisations across a number of sectors including social enterprise. This has given Gita strong financial acumen with a commercial mindset and influencing skills to add value to TCHC’s Senior Management Team.

In her spare time, she enjoys the cinema, travelling and is an active member of the local community.

 

Rosemary Fisher-Robins - Head of Strategic Development

Rosemary Fisher-Robins

Rose joined TCHC in June 2019 as Head of Strategic Development to lead on business growth, partnerships and marketing. Since joining Rose has developed the Business Plan and articulated her 2020 vision for the company which is now being implemented across all divisions in the business. Rose has embraced marketing with a good eye for detail knowing what works well to ensure our social media and external communications have continuously improved while under her command and our posts and collateral are of a high standard.

In her first 12 months at TCHC Rose has shown herself to be an inspirational leader of our business through highly effective communication delivered through captivating public speaking both externally and at our staff conference.

Rose has a passion for the written word with a style that is powerful and engaging which has led to the success of various tenders over the past 12 months.

Rose has been instrumental with contract assurance through setting up over 20 sub-contracts worth over £4 million in value on Devolved Adult Education Projects, Department for Work and Pensions contracts, TCHC’s Study Programmes, amongst other innovative provision. Rose has brokered deals to benefit the operations of the company to maximise live projects setting up partnership agreements worth £2.4 million.

Rose’s success is built on utilising her knowledge and strong intuition developed through more than 10 years’ experience in our sector which has been cultivated through her grounding and understanding as a front line practitioner in an employment adviser role, Rose progressed into senior positions developing her skills setting up strategic partnerships with delivery partners and stakeholders. Rose has a passion for self-improvement utilising a calm, thoughtful and considered approach to be an effective decision maker. Rose is very self-aware of her strengths and is motivated by the development and success of her teams and of others.
