Dale Morgan – Chief Executive Officer
He has a history of successful sales, marketing and financial management, coupled with excellent business acumen and commercial awareness. Dale ran his own businesses for 27 years before joining the London East Training and Enterprise Council in 1997 as a Business Adviser. As a result of his strong networking abilities, experience and wealth of business contacts Dale was promoted to Head of the Small Business Service before leaving in 2001 and moving on to create a similar team for Reed in Partnership PLC. Dale set up The Consultancy Home Counties Ltd (TCHC) after he won a contract to deliver the Employer Training Pilot in 2003 as an Embedded Broker. Because of his "hands on" knowledge he has subsequently won and delivered three other contracts for the LSC prior to being awarded the Train to Gain contract in the East of England. Rose Lavin – Managing Director
She has run her own training company specifically developing bespoke training for businesses and delivered these successful programmes nationally including Liverpool and London Docklands development corporations. Within the LSC Rose developed, implemented and project managed the London Employer Training Pilot, Profit from Learning, 1 of 18 ETP pilots in the country, on behalf of the LSC. Rose has successfully worked with brokers, providers and partners to deliver qualifications for 1,800 employers and 18,000 learners. Barbara Morgan – HR Director
Her early commercial background includes setting up and running a promotional, marketing company that she successfully developed and later sold in the early 1990’s. Barbara trained for 5 years at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy (CCPE) in London and is a qualified psychotherapist specialising in treatment for stress and anxiety. Success in this field led to Barbara practising in Harley Street, one of the most famous streets in London with a world-wide reputation as a centre of private medical excellence. During her time there she became involved with vital projects such as the Cardiac Rehabilitation Programme, helping victims of cardiac arrest in their recovery. For the past 7 years Barbara has worked for the NHS at Watford General Hospital whilst running a small private practice in the area. Helping people has been a big part of Barbara’s career and she bought this passion to TCHC initially as Development Director and now as HR Director, ensuring that all TCHC staff received the support they need to grow within the company and achieve their personal development goals. Community work is also an important part of Barbara’s life. She has been a Governor at a local school in Watford, chairing the Marketing and Community Committee. Dave Cooper – Commercial Director
For many years Dave delivered support projects to new and existing small and medium sized businesses, facilitated through a variety of leading partners such as local Enterprise and Developments Agencies. In 2004 he was nominated for a Queens Award in Enterprise Promotion for his involvement with the above mentioned projects and other enterprise projects in Tower Hamlets. Over the past couple of years his focus has switched to workforce development and delivering brokerage for a number of exciting LSC funded projects in the East of England including the Employer Training Pilots (ETP) and now Train to Gain.
