Get your Recruitment Costs Down, TCHC has Job Ready Candidates with the Correct Skills

Written by Joseph Marren on 09 October 2009.

Dale Morgan, Managing Director at TCHC explains, “There are many local, motivated, skilled, job-ready candidates looking for work through the Skills for Jobs programme. It’s a win-win service; companies save on recruitment costs and employers benefit because the people we put them in touch with have been pre-screened by us and, where appropriate, can be given necessary training to meet an employer’s specific needs.

“Candidates benefit because they have access to job opportunities, training and receive ongoing support during the first weeks of employment from TCHC’s advisers, and are often put forward to businesses that we have worked with in the past.”

Dale continued, “We currently have hundreds of potential job ready candidates available to companies around the region. With unemployment rates rising, the challenge at the moment is identifying companies who are looking for staff.

“However the situation is starting to improve and once companies find out what’s on offer, we’ll be able to start placing candidates into work much quicker. It’s certainly worth businesses, and individuals looking for work, registering with us, and of course, it doesn’t cost a penny!”

TCHC works on a variety of government contracts, which provide funding for training. They work with a large network of training institutions across the region and help design tailored training packages for individuals and businesses that offer genuine help during challenging times.
