Leadership and Management 2010 is Wrapping Up

Written by Joseph Marren on 31 January 2011.

The 2010 Leadership and Management programme is now coming to a close, and we are in the process of wrapping up the current contract.

We are pleased to have worked with just under 7000 businesses since 2008, when the current contract began, and we are happy to say we have consistently been amongst the top three performing regions within the UK.

It has been a wonderful experience to read some of the evaluations where we can clearly see that the project has secured jobs and growth for many SMEs in the region. In some cases the project has helped organisations to stay in business, especially during the current economic climate.

Rob Jupp, Director of Savills Lending Solutions said:

“This is the first time I’ve had any sort of executive coaching and I found it invaluable. It was the difference between keeping me sane, keeping the company going and keeping 11 people employed: it’s been that important to me and the business!”

Heather Heelis, Manager of Pitstop Out of School Club commented:

“All our staff have qualifications in playwork or are working towards them. The Leadership and Management programme offered by TCHC allowed me to focus on gaining business skills that, as a small organisation, we would not normally have been able to fund.”

Lisha Cao, Managing Director of Chinese Business Support said:

"We work with many different funding organisations and in my experience TCHC are the best we have dealt with."

We’ve enjoyed helping so many businesses improve and seeing what a difference the right training can make to a company’s performance and its ability to become a high growth business even in times of recession.
