Happy sunny Friday :)
Outset Norfolk Offers Business Support for Start-ups
Outset Norfolk, which is part of the Solutions for Business offer, is a free programme offering support, advice, mentoring and coaching for Norfolk people interested in starting their own business.
The Outset Norfolk team have been asking people who have run their own businesses, or who have skills and experience if they are willing to share to help others on the enterprise journey and to donate a little of their time for free to the Outset Norfolk Time Bank.
We’re sure that this will grow into a fantastic resource to help people who may be thinking about self-employment or starting up, and who need some support.
This programme is funded by EEDA and Norfolk County Council. Outset Norfolk is a free programme to raise awareness of the benefits of enterprise, and support people from across the county to start their own businesses.
The 4-stage programme consists of:
One-to-one guidance meetings, Individual coaching and mentoring and Connections to further start-up training or support.
It actively supports the following range of under-represented enterprise groups: women; NEET’s, under 25s; over 50s; long-term unemployed; disabled or ill health; anyone facing or made redundant; black, minority or ethnic groups (BME); and single parents.
