Leadership and ManagementThe Leadership and Management programme offers up to £1000 of funded training for company Directors and Senior Managers of companies. It also includes funding for leaders of charity, voluntary or not for profit organisations. To apply for funding online please click here. It is often difficult for managers and owners within small to medium sized businesses to identify and source appropriate management training and development solutions to improve management skills - this is where our dedicated Leadership and Management Specialist Advisers can help. Each employer can benefit from up to £1,000 of grant support for leadership and management training. The first £500 does not require a contribution from the employer and should be used for directors/leaders/senior managers. The subsequent £500 must be 'match funded' by the employer and is available for senior members of the management team.
