Response to Redundancy

Co-operative - Food Logistics - Cambridgeshire

The project has definitely benefited our organisation and the staff who is being made redundant. The TCHC team was brilliant in assisting us.
Joanne Pearson, Human Resources, The Co-operative

Marc Sans - Radio Tech - ICT - Essex

It makes a big difference to get the support at an earlier stage, as sometimes if your acting up in a position and actually doing the job, sometimes you do not have the paperwork to verify that you are capable of doing the role. So with the funding that is available through this project, you can get the necessary paperwork to prove your skills.
Marc Sans, Radio Tech

Pawel Baran - IKEA - Logistics and Retail - Cambridgeshire

Acessing the project would give me more opportunities in the future in terms of what jobs I can go for and also makes sure I will get a job.
Pawel Baran, Ikea

Zoe Pickard - Accenture - Professional Services - Cambridgeshire

As result of the project two individuals out of the impacted group found alternative employment. Another found employment within Accenture.
